Visit the nearest Orient Bank branch with the following:
- A copy of your National ID (for Ugandans only)
- A copy of your passport, work permit and proof of residence or copy of refugee registration documents issued by Ugandan Government( for non-Ugandans)
- An alternative account in any financial institution regulated by BOU or a mobile money enabled telephone number.
