Dear Customer,

In fulfilment of Bank of Uganda and Deposit Protection Fund guidelines, kindly update your account details before February 20th 2020.

Visit the nearest Orient Bank branch with the following:

  • A copy of your National ID (for Ugandans only)
  • A copy of your passport, work permit and proof of residence or copy of refugee registration documents issued by Ugandan Government( for non-Ugandans)
  • An alternative account in any financial institution regulated by BOU or a mobile money enabled telephone number.
