CUSTOMER NOTICE

This is to inform all our customers whose accounts have remained inactive for more than 2 years, that the accounts have been categorised as dormant as per the Bank Terms and Conditions and the unclaimed balances will be treated in accordance with the Financial Institutions Act 2004.

Please visit any of our branches or call our contact centre on 0800144551 (Toll-free), WhatsApp; 0701144551 or email; mail@orient-bank.com to check the status of your account and avoid inconveniences from restrictions on dormant accounts.

Additionally, customers whose accounts are categorised as below are expected to visit our branches or reach out to our contact centre to regularize their accounts;

–  Accounts not updated

–  Overdrawn accounts

The Bank will proceed to close the accounts that have not been regularized after 14 days from the date of this notice.
