Orient Bank offers a number of account modules. To apply for any of them, the bank offers two types of account forms: Corporate Account and Personal Account. To expedite the process of opening the account simply download the forms and have them filled and submitted by post to the following address:

For Personal Savings/Current Account, whether joint or individual, the prospective client will download and fill the "Personal Account" form here below.
For Corporate/Partnership Account, the prospective client will download and fill the "Corporate Account" form here below.
Along with the above cited forms the following also should be downloaded and filled:
- For a Savings Account, download the "A/c Opening form - Savings" form
- For a Limited Company Current Account, download the "A/c Opening form - Limited" form
- For Individual/Individual Current Account, download the "A/c Opening form - Ind/Joint" form
- For a Sole Proprietorship/Partnership Current Accout, download the "A/c Opening form - Sol/Part" form
For all categories of Accounts, every client will be required to download and fill the "KYC" form to be submitted along with the relevant Account Opening forms. Download and read the "Requirements" and "Readme" forms to know what is required before forms are signed and submitted
