This is a service that has been designed to enable our customers transact via the Internet. With this service, customers are able to check their account details, view account statements, download statements, request for bank drafts, cheque books among other services and in future, be able to top up airtime on their mobile phone as well as make money transfers. To use this service, customers need to apply for it and get a user name and password from any Orient Bank branch.

We have stand alone machines that offer 24 hour banking services. We currently have 16 ATMs machines strategically located in the towns of Kampala at, Payless Supermarket Kamwokya, KIU, US Embassy and at the following branches, Entebbe, Kawempe, Jinja Mbale and Gulu. Customers can make the following transactions via the ATMs; deposit cash and Cheques, make cash withdrawals, pay utility bills and school fees, and manage their accounts.
